JR Yokohama Shonan City Create Inc., in partnership with Agnavi Inc., operator of the 'ICHI-GO-CAN®' sake brand, has been releasing a series of original-label canned sake since January 2025 to promote and expand demand for Kanagawa's local sake.

The third installment of this collaboration, the original label ICHI-GO-CAN®, will be available in limited quantities from July 1, 2026. An advance sale will be held for attendees of the 'KANAGAWA Local Sake FESTIVAL 2026' event on June 27.

### Third Edition Sake Lineup The third edition will feature products from Inoue Brewery in Ōi Town, Ooyatakashi Brewery in Aikawa Town, and Kawanishiya Brewery in Yamakita Town.

- **Inoue Brewery**: A Junmai Ginjo sake with a refreshing citrus aroma and a crisp, clean taste. It is made with 100% select Yamada Nishiki rice, benefiting from the cool air from Hakone and the subterranean water from the Tanzawa mountains. - **Ooyatakashi Brewery**: Characterized by a fresh aroma, a gently expanding umami, and a deep flavor profile. It is slightly sweet and well-suited as a food-pairing sake. - **Kawanishiya Brewery**: A Junmai Ginjo sake made with 100% Miyama Nishiki rice. It is the lightest and crispest type of sake in the brewery's portfolio.
