JSB Opens First Meal-Included Student Mansion in Shimane Prefecture: 'Student Hall Uni E'meal Shimane University North'

JSB Co., Ltd., which comprehensively plans, develops, and manages student housing nationwide under the 'UniLife' brand, has started operating its first meal-included student mansion in Shimane Prefecture, the 'Student Hall Uni E'meal Shimane University North I & II'. Located just a 2-minute walk from Shimane University, the facility offers fully furnished private rooms with home appliances. It features a dining hall serving two daily meals supervised by a registered dietitian, high security, and a study room to foster resident interaction. This project is a collaboration with the Shimane University Co-op.
