JTB Corporation's initiative, 'No More Crossing the Bridge of Forgetting: Redefining Training with Behavior Change Probability and Sustainable Training Design by AI,' has been awarded in the Corporate HR Division of the 'HR Award 2026' by the Japanese HR Department. We are pleased to announce this achievement.
Overview of 'No More Crossing the Bridge of Forgetting: Redefining Training with Behavior Change Probability and Sustainable Training Design by AI'
JTB has built a sustainable foundation through DX to address the challenges of 'learning forgetting' and 'training design succession' in human resource development. By adopting multiple regression analysis centered on self-efficacy and a comprehensive design flow using generative AI, we have achieved highly reproducible development. With data from 2,910 individuals, we have demonstrated a high correlation between behavior change and self-efficacy improvement in 80% of the implemented training. The number of participants has increased by 175.1% compared to the previous fiscal year, and engagement has improved by 9.8 points, among other solid results. This system, which predicts behavior change based on data, is expected to be a new model for human resource development that transcends organizational boundaries. This initiative has been recognized and awarded the 'HR Award'.
