[Event Report] 'Turning Your Ideas into Manga' Workshop Held in Saga City with 30 Parent-Child Participants

Kimura Information Technology Co., Ltd., a provider of business support AI solutions, held a manga creation workshop using generative AI for elementary, junior high, and high school students and their parents at its office in Saga City on Sunday, April 26, 2026. About 30 parents and children participated. Using the AI manga creation platform 'MOOTOON STUDIO' developed by the company, they worked on creating original manga themed around soccer. The program consisted of three parts: a lecture on how generative AI works, a practical session to create manga, and a presentation session. Participants were absorbed in the experience of seeing their ideas take shape as manga, and everyone completed their works. This workshop was held as a joint project with the match-day program of the professional soccer team Sagan Tosu, which the company sponsors. The completed works were bound into books, signed by the players on the covers, and presented to the participants. They were also exhibited inside the stadium on the day of the match.
