Global cutlery manufacturer Kai Corporation announced the launch of two collaborative products with the 'Dragon Quest' series, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary: the 'Dragon Quest Slime 3D Puff' and the 'Dragon Quest Foundation-Resistant Puff (Metal Slime).' These will be available starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Kai official online store, as well as drugstores, home centers, and major retailers nationwide. This marks the first collaboration between the 40-year-old 'Dragon Quest' series and Kai Corporation. The first wave includes three types of '3D Puffs' shaped like Slimes, and the popular 'Foundation-Resistant Puff' featuring the Metal Slime. The 3D Puffs, available in Slime, Slime Bess, and Metal Slime designs, expand by 1.5 times when wet, offering a fun visual experience. The foundation-resistant puff, inspired by the Metal Slime, uses a multi-layer structure to prevent foundation from soaking into the core, allowing for makeup application with a small amount of liquid foundation. These items combine cuteness with functionality to brighten up your daily makeup routine. Following this first wave, more collaborative products are planned for the future.
