(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroaki Saitsu) is pleased to announce that one of Japan's leading AI video creators, Akihiro Miyagi, who is affiliated with our company, has entered into a business alliance with AOI Pro. Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yusaku Tanaka). The purpose of this alliance is to strengthen video expression and production systems within the AOI Pro. group by utilizing generative AI technology.

Background of the Alliance: KANA-L to Support During a 'Transformative Period' in Video Production The rapid evolution of generative AI technology is bringing about a major transformative period in the production workflow of the video and advertising industries. As a comprehensive entertainment group that integrally develops everything from talent management to IP development and event/video production, KANA-L GROUP positions the creation of new value through the fusion of AI technology and creativity as one of its key strategies.

Akihiro Miyagi, who is affiliated with our company and was also the winner of the Creative Division Excellence Award at the 'AI Video Contest' (held in August 2024) hosted by AOI Pro., will now participate as a partner in the 'Generative AI Update Project' launched by AOI Pro. along with its group companies (CTHREE FILM Co., Ltd. and TKO Inc.).

Main Initiatives Through this alliance, we will implement the following initiatives to aim for improved production efficiency (speeding up pre-visualization*, storyboarding, and material creation with AI), expansion of expressive possibilities (achieving advanced visual expressions previously impossible with AI), and enhancement of human resource value (fostering directors and producers who can master AI to strengthen competitiveness).

- AI Literacy Improvement Workshops [Education] - Workshops on the latest AI trends, prompt engineering, and practical application workflows will be held once a month for AOI Pro. group employees. - We aim to raise the baseline of practical AI knowledge, striving for a state where all group employees 'know the forefront of AI and can master it.'

- AI Creative Advisory [Practice & Co-creation] - Providing advice on planning and expression for advertisements using generative AI. - Continuous creative support will be provided through ad-hoc email consultations and monthly teleconferences.
