METI Publishes 'Startup M&A Guidance', to Which Our CEO Wataru Yamaki Contributed

Kanmu, Inc. (hereinafter 'Kanmu'), with the mission of 'Creating New Choices for Money,' provides the Visa prepaid card 'Vandle Card,' the investment and payment app 'Pool,' and cash flow solutions for SMEs such as 'Saku-tto Shikin Chotatsu' and 'Saku-tto Bunkatsu.'

To promote startup M&A, METI has developed the 'Startup M&A Guidance.' Our CEO, Wataru Yamaki, participated as a member of the study group established for the creation of this guidance and contributed to its review and coordination. We are pleased to announce that the guidance has been published today.
