Kanzashi Inc. to Acquire "Shifop" Shift Management Service Business from Indeed Recruit Partners Inc.

Kanzashi Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masahide Akiyama; hereinafter "Kanzashi"), which operates in the "Ryokan/Hotel Tech Business," "HR Tech Business," and "Tourism Tech Business" with the vision of "Becoming the Most Necessary Company for 'Ryokan, Hotels, Local Businesses, etc.' and 'Local Governments' - Make Sustainable Nippon," announced today that it will acquire the business related to the shift management service "Shifop" (hereinafter "Shifop"), provided by Indeed Recruit Partners Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ken Asano; hereinafter "Indeed Recruit Partners Inc."), effective December 1, 2026.

Background of Business Acquisition

Kanzashi has extensive experience in providing OEM services for attendance and shift management systems (including SaaS-type OEM). In particular, for medium-sized and enterprise organizations, Kanzashi has a track record of providing services to over 600 companies (※), accumulating expertise in service provision, including subsequent maintenance and customer support.

This business acquisition marks Kanzashi's launch of its own branded service and the commencement of a highly customer-satisfying business model that integrates the development and operational structure cultivated through OEM provision within its own organization.

We will inherit the trust and business foundation that Indeed Recruit Partners Inc. has nurtured and built with its users, and continue to provide Shifop, which will be even more convenient and reliable for users.

By combining flexibility and speed, we aim to improve labor productivity by reducing the operational burden on companies and solve management challenges such as labor shortages, thereby contributing to the further development of local economies and businesses throughout Japan.
