Kappa Sushi to Release 6 Shaved Ice Desserts in 3 Flavors on June 11, 2026

Kappa Sushi, operated by Kappa Create Co., Ltd. (a member of the Colowide Group based in Yokohama, Kanagawa, led by President Go Yamazaki), will launch a lineup of six shaved ice desserts for in-store dining starting June 11, 2026, at all locations nationwide (except those undergoing renovation). The desserts are offered in strawberry, white peach, and Blue Hawaii flavors. The lineup features two styles: 'Shaved Ice & Vanilla Ice Cream (Parfait Style)' priced from 391 yen (430 yen including tax) and 'Chokotto Shaved Ice' priced from 146 yen (160 yen including tax). The parfait style layers shaved ice over rich vanilla ice cream with sauce in between, while the 'Chokotto' style offers a smaller, simple portion size ideal for children or a light post-meal dessert. The strawberry options use real fruit sauce, the white peach options feature juicy peach pieces, and the Blue Hawaii options feature a cider-flavored syrup.
