In the CM, she showcases her refreshing singing voice and proposes a 'delicious even when frozen' way to enjoy the candy during summer. For this 25th anniversary milestone, Xylicrystal focused not just on looking back, but on remaining a natural part of daily life. Aya Matsuura, who has been loved by many for 25 years since her debut while navigating various life stages such as parenting, mirrors the brand's presence as a close companion over the same period. We believed she was the perfect person to convey the brand's appeal now. The new web CM depicts Matsuura in a recording studio, eating a Xylicrystal and starting to sing with the shout of 'Yosh!' To address the summer slump in throat lozenge demand, we are proposing a 'frozen' way to eat them, taking advantage of the cooling xylitol layer. Approximately 91% of those who tried freezing them reported an increase in consumption frequency. Matsuura commented, 'I feel a strong connection as I debuted the same year as Xylicrystal.'
