Notice Regarding Sale of Real Estate Property (Hotel Development Site) in Hakodate City, Hokkaido

Kasumigaseki Capital Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Konomu Kojirou; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that it has completed the sale settlement today of a hotel development site in Hakodate City, Hokkaido, adjacent to 'fav Hakodate', the Company's hotel brand which it sourced and planned, and has now transitioned into the development phase.

Additionally, the Company has been entrusted with project management duties related to this development and will continue to be involved in the project.

2. Counterparty and Transaction Price

Regarding the counterparty and transaction price, disclosure is withheld based on the confidentiality agreement between the Company and the counterparty. There are no capital or personnel relationships requiring disclosure between the Company and the counterparty, and there are no issues regarding their attributes.

3. Future Outlook

The sale of the aforementioned development site has already been incorporated into the consolidated financial forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2026. Revenue is recognized at the point when performance obligations are fulfilled (upon sale settlement).
