Background of Opening

In Osaka City and its surrounding areas, housing prices continue to soar, and there is a growing need, particularly among single individuals and dual-income households in their 30s, to "own a home with monthly payments comparable to rent."

On the other hand, there are many detached houses in Osaka City, and issues such as vacant homes are arising and increasing, mainly in areas like Ikuno Ward, Hirano Ward, Joto Ward, and Tsurumi Ward, due to inheritance and relocation.

Furthermore, many people who have moved away from Osaka Prefecture due to transfers or other reasons express concerns about selling their inherited family homes or previously occupied residences, such as "the burden of returning home is too great," "clearing out belongings is difficult," and "I don't know who to consult."

Through our business of purchasing over 100,000 vacant and used homes in total across our group, renovating them, and reselling them, we have been working to resolve the issue of vacant homes and supply affordable housing. The average nationwide selling price is around 17 million yen, allowing homeowners to have a property with monthly loan payments comparable to rent (see diagram below).

With the opening of the Osaka store, we will purchase, renovate, and sell detached houses, primarily in Osaka City and its surrounding areas, establishing a system to provide housing options at affordable prices in desired areas to residents of Osaka Prefecture.
