64.6% of executives and managers are interested in AX, with half citing talent shortages as a major challenge

TOKIUM conducted a survey on AI Transformation (AX) targeting 946 accounting and finance professionals. The results revealed that 64.6% of management and chief-level executives are interested in AX, with the primary expectation being the reduction of human error and improvement of operational quality. However, about half of the respondents (49.5%) identified the lack of talent and know-how for AI operation and data analysis as the main obstacle. TOKIUM aims to support companies' AX through its accounting AI agent and the 'Move AX' project.
