COLERE, a universal café and restaurant operated by KEIPE Inc. (headquartered in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture) located within the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art, will begin offering a limited-edition 'The Sower' Apple Cheesecake on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

The dessert plate features a cookie inspired by the museum's signature work, 'The Sower,' served alongside homemade apple cheesecake sprinkled with nuts. This special dish will be available exclusively on days ending in the number three. Through this new offering, the restaurant hopes to introduce visitors to its inclusive business model—which operates without barriers between disabled and able-bodied individuals—and deepen their appreciation for the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art.

A special 'Rose Blooming Season' version of the plate, featuring dried roses and rose syrup, will also be offered for a limited time to celebrate the museum's garden in bloom.

Since its opening in May 2024, COLERE has been operated primarily by staff with disabilities. The restaurant plans to continue developing seasonal and art-inspired menus to enhance the visitor experience.
