About Triangle Ehime 2.0

"Triangle Ehime," promoted by Ehime Prefecture, is a project that aims to foster industrial growth and human resource development by implementing proposals for solving regional issues using digital technology gathered from across the country within the prefecture. Through study sessions and horizontal expansion, know-how is shared, and from fiscal year 2025, it has evolved into the "Triangle Ehime 2.0" phase, which includes collaboration with co-creation bases nationwide and attracting digital companies, further strengthening the region's earning power.

In this program, our company's project theme, "AI Process Management Project for Decoupling Construction and Civil Engineering Work from Personal Dependence," has been adopted. Our "Kencopa Process AI Agent," which is currently being offered, not only reduces the time required for creating and operating construction schedules but also achieves labor saving and technology transfer simultaneously by accumulating a company-specific knowledge database that combines design documents, process, unit prices, and construction data automatically accumulated through its use.

Overview of Kencopa Process AI Agent

"Kencopa Process AI Agent" interactively generates a construction schedule by AI that has learned your company's unit prices and past construction projects, simply by uploading design documents (drawings, specifications, estimates) (patent pending). After creation, the AI-generated schedule can be intuitively edited and operated on the app, similar to a regular app, using it as a starting point. Furthermore, the generation of progress curves, input of actual results, creation of execution schedules, and specified formats for PDF/Excel can be registered as templates, allowing for free output according to each site. Its unique process generation engine can handle a wide range of construction types, including architecture, civil engineering, plants, and equipment.
