Employee Cafeteria Boosts Salad Consumption Habits Kewpie implements "Salad Planning" in employee cafeterias at factories and offices nationwide, enabling employees to naturally increase their health awareness through daily meals. Internally, they designate the 31st of every month as "Salad Day" and specific days in May and August as "Spring/Summer Vegetable Days," offering salad menus using Kewpie Group products and local vegetables at each cafeteria. They also regularly hold events using Veggie Meter® (a device to evaluate vegetable intake) to create opportunities for employees to reflect on their dietary habits.
