A survey of 393 IT engineers by Kikkake Creation revealed that 74.5% have negotiated their salary during job changes, with 90.8% of them successfully achieving a pay raise. The most common reasons for avoiding negotiation were fear of creating a bad impression (30.9%) and not knowing how to initiate the topic. While 82.4% wish to negotiate in future career moves, 50.6% feel anxious about doing it themselves, highlighting the demand for professional agent support to bridge the gap.
