In time for the picnic and outing season in April, we are launching the 'Omusubi Bread (Salmon x Cream Cheese)', a satisfying deli bread with a cute appearance inspired by omusubi (rice balls). A bread baked into a triangle shape is accented with black dough resembling seaweed, and filled with a mixture of slightly salty salmon and mild cheese, wrapped in bread dough meant to look like a rice ball. The umami and perfect saltiness of the salmon combined with the rich, mild sweetness of the cream cheese create a perfectly balanced flavor.
