In May 2026, Kinjiro Co., Ltd. released new onboarding and personnel evaluation functions for 'Universal Kinjiro Human Resource Management' while strengthening its personal information management capabilities.

With this release, organizations can now manage everything from onboarding procedures to talent management and personnel evaluations within a single system, reducing the workload on HR staff and ensuring employee information is managed in a well-organized manner.

Furthermore, by integrating with the time, talent, payroll, and health management functions of 'Universal Kinjiro,' this service can be utilized as an HRM platform that comprehensively manages basic employee information, work records, salary data, and health records. This enables the promotion of organizational management and human capital management based on talent information.

New and Upgraded Features

1. Onboarding Procedure Function This function allows for necessary onboarding procedures to be conducted within the system, including information entry and document submission by prospective employees, as well as confirmation and approval by HR staff. Documents such as employment contracts and written pledges can be confirmed and agreed to within the system, allowing HR staff to track progress. Once procedures are completed, the information is automatically registered as employee data and reflected not only in the 'Universal Kinjiro' talent management module but also in time, payroll, and health management. Additionally, it supports electronic administrative filings for employment insurance and social insurance via linkage with e-Gov.

2. Personnel Evaluation Function This function manages the entire process of personnel evaluations within the system, from goal setting to self-assessment, manager evaluation, and finalization. HR staff can notify individuals of the evaluation start and monitor progress via a comprehensive list. Employees input their self-assessments while referring to past goal setting and evaluation history. Evaluators proceed with evaluations and interviews while reviewing their subordinates' self-assessments. Evaluation results are visualized on screens that provide an overview of the organization's evaluation distribution, allowing for balancing and adjustments. Since results are stored alongside employee data, they can be utilized for talent development and assignment considerations while reviewing past evaluation history.

3. Personal Information Management Function The employee personal information management feature has been revamped to allow viewing via smartphone. This ensures smooth identity verification, even outside the usual workplace, such as during inter-store support or business trips, with photo identification. It also supports employee searches not only by name or ID but also by combining multiple criteria such as department, position, and employment category. It also features access-controlled display management to ensure necessary information is managed and utilized securely.
