Do you have the following concerns?
The current organizational culture doesn't directly link effort and results to promotion or career advancement.
Because it's a seniority-based organization, even if I work hard, it doesn't lead to evaluation or salary increases.
The evaluation system is vague and causes anxiety.
Will I be able to grow in this environment by the time I'm 30?
Just providing one-on-one support won't change society...
At Kizuki, you can acquire these skills in your 20s:
Numerical sense and sales skills to ensure support is effective
Ability to understand and improve business operations and systems
Business fundamentals in training and management
Expertise in facing individuals with difficulties
Ability to create reproducible "support models"
Kizuki allows young people to thrive
No seniority system whatsoever
Evaluation criteria and career paths are clearly defined
Effort and results directly lead to promotion and roles
Therefore, even in your 20s, you will be entrusted with responsible positions.
Kizuki's Approach to Support
Support can only continue to expand if it is established as a business.
Modelize support and create reproducible systems
Prove the value of support through numbers and results
The concept of "empathy = sales"
Design to scale individual support to society as a whole
Recommended for people who:
Want to support people based on data and facts, not on individual relationships.
Don't want to give up on results and growth.
Want to advance their careers in the education or welfare industry.
Want to build a career track record by focusing on results and numbers.
Want to challenge themselves at a company where there are opportunities for young people to be promoted to manager.
Resonate with the vision of "a society where people can start over as many times as they need."
