The biggest feature of the "Kanazawa Dragoncross" team is the adoption of a "dual career model" that allows professional baseball players to balance their athletic competition with work that develops business skills.

During the season, players will train in the morning, work at companies in the afternoon, and focus solely on baseball on game days.

By collaborating with local companies, the project aims to create a system where players, companies, and society support each other and grow together.

Starting as a "Regional Design Project" that connects the future of Kanazawa's "people," "companies," and "society" through the power of sports.

The reason for choosing Kanazawa for the new team is that with the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, the exchange population has increased, and Kanazawa, with its characteristics as a compact city where urban areas and daily life are close, seemed suitable for creating a new model that integrates sports and business.

★ Values created by this project - Young people return A new option of dual career promotes U-turns and I-turns. - Companies prosper Securing excellent human resources, organizational activation through sports, and brand power improvement. - Industry circulates Creating a new regional economic ecosystem starting from sports.

We are currently looking for the following partners: Sponsor companies (approx. 30 companies) Companies accepting players for employment (approx. 15-30 companies) Players for next season (approx. 30 people including manager, coaches, and players) Operations staff (2-3 people), interns, part-timers.

"Kanazawa Dragoncross" * The team name embodies the wish for players to shine in both fields, the ground and society, like a "dragon soaring through the sky and galloping across the land." "CROSS" symbolizes two intersecting careers, a place where encounters are born, and a challenge to go beyond common sense. We will disseminate this new form of dual career from Kanazawa, a city of tradition.

Soaring through the sky, galloping across the land Living in two fields Kanazawa DRAGONCROSS ---- Launch!
