Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens is Japan's largest herb garden, where approximately 75,000 plants of 200 varieties of flowers and herbs bloom throughout the four seasons. It is operated by the company that also runs the Kobe Nunobiki Ropeway, which connects to the herb garden. "Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens / Ropeway" is a resort facility located 400m above sea level, offering panoramic views of Kobe city. In addition to the restaurant "The Herb Dining" and the terrace cafe "The Veranda Kobe," it provides various seasonal events and services.
