(Headquarters/359 Miyanoshita, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture/Representative Director Akira Ando), a member of the Kokusai Kogyo Group, has begun selling its new matcha mousse cake product, "Matcha Saison," at the Fujiya Hotel (359 Miyanoshita, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture/Director and General Manager Kei Iida) Lounge and Bakery & Sweets Picot.

This product is part of a year-round series that features different fruits each season, with the product name "Saison" meaning "season" in French.

For summer, it is finished with a light flavor, using refreshing apricot mousse. The gentle sweetness of wasanbon sugar and the slightly bitter taste of fragrant matcha are layered with the refreshing acidity of apricot, and the exterior is coated with a matcha-infused glacage. You can enjoy the rich flavor of matcha from the first bite.

Also, "Bakery & Sweets Picot" offers takeout sales, allowing you to enjoy the lingering taste of your time in the lounge at home.
