Konami Sports Co., Ltd. will open 'Pilates Mirror Hibarigaoka' (Nishitokyo City, Tokyo), a machine Pilates studio featuring ceiling mirrors, on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Ahead of the grand opening, we will be holding free trial sessions. We are also running a pre-opening campaign, so please take this opportunity to experience lessons at Pilates Mirror, which are unlike any other Pilates studio.

### About Pilates Mirror

Based on the concept of 'making you want to look in the mirror more,' Pilates Mirror is a women-only Pilates studio that effectively utilizes mirrors. By installing mirrors on the ceiling, participants can check their body movements while exercising, achieving a sense of accomplishment and results even in a short time. Each lesson is 30 minutes long. Since you do not need shoes or a change of clothes, you can easily participate on your way home from work or while running errands. The studio offers small-group lessons, ensuring detailed support from instructors, making it safe and welcoming for Pilates beginners and those who are not confident in their exercise ability.
