Koyo Fudosan Obtains 'Resilience Certification' for National Resilience Contribution

Koyo Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Sapporo; President: Katsuyoshi Abe) has been judged compliant in the field of business continuity (self-help) under the 'National Resilience Contribution Organization Certification (Resilience Certification)' created by the National Resilience Promotion Office of the Cabinet Secretariat, and became a certified organization as of March 31, 2026. This certification is a system that evaluates and certifies organizations that have a system in place to prevent business interruption or to recover quickly even if interrupted, in the event of crisis situations such as large-scale natural disasters, infectious diseases, or system failures.

First Certification as a Real Estate Company in Hokkaido Our company is the first real estate company in Hokkaido to obtain this certification.
