Kracie Pharmaceuticals conducted a survey on 254 hikers aged 40 and over, revealing that 53.1% experience anxiety regarding toilet access during mountain climbing. While 45.2% of respondents reported restricting water intake as a countermeasure, Kracie strongly warns against this practice due to dehydration risks. Instead, they recommend proper cold-weather clothing and introduce their traditional herbal medicine, 'Hachimi-jio-gan', designed to improve frequent urination and urinary troubles caused by aging and cold temperatures.
