We have produced a recruitment PR video titled "A Day in the Life of a Kraftia Employee" for students seeking employment and have released it on our official YouTube channel.

This video closely follows two technical employees working on large-scale projects in the Tokyo metropolitan area, introducing a realistic day in the life of an employee engaged in construction management.

Purpose of Production

Since our founding, our company has operated primarily in the Kyushu region, focusing on distribution, electrical, and air conditioning, as well as sanitary work.

In recent years, we have expanded our business to include renewable energy and real estate, while also focusing on increasing orders for large-scale projects in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Against this backdrop of business expansion, and with an eye toward further growth, we produced this video to strengthen our recruitment activities nationwide, including the Kanto and Kansai regions, in addition to Kyushu.

By closely following a day in the life of our active technical employees, the video aims to convey the rewarding nature of the work, our corporate culture, and a realistic image of working at our company.

In our recruitment activities, we often receive questions from students such as:

"It's difficult to visualize the work content of construction management."

"I want to know the flow of a typical day working as a technical employee."

Furthermore, in recent job hunting, the realization of "work-life balance" has become an important factor in choosing a company, and more students are harboring anxieties and questions about actual working styles.

This video was produced with the aim of resolving these anxieties and questions, and to help students more concretely imagine themselves working after joining the company. We also aim to reduce mismatches after hiring.

Linked with Internship for 2028 Graduates

Our company is planning to hold internships for students aspiring to technical positions who are graduating in 2028. These internships will include site visits to completed projects and training facilities, as well as roundtable discussions with senior employees, allowing participants to experience the reality of company life, including job content and working environment (details in a separate document).
