Yuta Minami

CPO / Head of Coach, Soshiki no Hidariude Inc.

Graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Law. Started his own business at the age of 20 while in university, and after encountering management challenges, he acquired training and coaching skills. Subsequently, he founded CLI Inc. in his late 20s, specializing in training. He expanded his client base to include childcare, medical care, sales companies, and IT ventures, providing training and coaching to over 10,000 people. For 8 years, he served as an external HR advisor for the New Generation Group, owned by Ryusei Kuwata, the owner of Soshiki no Hidariude. Through developing executive and leader training programs and establishing evaluation systems, he contributed to the growth of annual sales from 1 billion to 5 billion yen. He joined Soshiki no Hidariude as COO to disseminate the organizational development know-how he has practiced with Kuwata to a wider range of companies. He is responsible for developing training content and managing the training of coaches.

Ayaki Kuwata

After graduating from Hosei University, joined an intermediate distribution company for entertainment products as a new graduate. Worked in sales of video and music software, handling bookstores and anime specialty stores. Successfully maximized sales of exclusive distribution products and received the Best Sales Award. In 2020, transferred to an advertising distribution business company within the CyberAgent Group. After engaging in planning advertising products utilizing data and alliance operations with partner companies, he moved to a new division focused on planning advertising products using web media assets, and contributed to maximizing the profits of his department, receiving the Best Staff Award. Currently, as a director at Soshiki no Hidariude, he is involved in client issue hearing, requirements definition, and assigning optimal coaches. He is responsible for project progress management.
