In recent years, Japan has experienced record-breaking heatwaves. To maintain physical condition during summer, it is essential not only to hydrate but also to consume minerals that support the body. Dashi contains salt and minerals from marine ingredients that are needed during sweaty seasons, making it recommended for summer hydration. 'Kayanoya Dashi,' made from five domestic ingredients such as grilled flying fish and bonito flakes, is not only for hot dishes like miso soup and simmered dishes but also for cold summer dishes. Through this product, we deliver a new summer habit of using chilled dashi. The back of the package features a QR code, allowing easy access to cold dashi recipes from smartphones.
