Dacho Club Celebrates 40 Years with 5,000 Fans and Special Guests in a Grand Event

Dacho Club 40th Anniversary Thanksgiving Party

"Congratulations on your 40th anniversary!" With this cheer from opening act Hanawa performing "Legendary Man ~Dacho Club Ver.~," the "Dacho Club 40th Anniversary Thanksgiving Party: Everyone Get Along Kururin Party! ~Don't Come, Don't Come, Definitely Come!~" began. All 5,000 tickets were sold out, and the Tokyo International Forum was packed with fans wearing the iconic dotted hand towels.

豪華 A star-studded lineup of guests gathered, with Hiroiki Ariyoshi, Gekidan Hitori, and Kayo Noro serving as MCs. Tetsuro Degawa's "crayfish declaration," a cola showdown with Masayuki Watanabe, Kataoka Tsurutaro's "oden gag," and Matsumura Kunihiro's impersonation of Beat Takeshi brought the house down. Even Egashira 2:50 made a surprise appearance, making for a truly extravagant stage.

Congratulatory messages arrived from George Tokoro, Yasushi Akimoto, Sanma Akashiya, Kishidan, Ketsumeishi, Kazuya Yoshii, and THE ALFEE. Bakusho Mondai also performed a skit.

The mood shifted when the three members of Junretsu appeared. They sang "Shiroi Kumo no You ni" and "Propose" with Higo and Teramon. Reflecting on the late Ryuhei Ueshima, Higo and Teramon said, "We have truly been supported by everyone."

The climax was the "boiling bath." Guests including Teruyuki Tsuchida, Cunning Takeyama, and secret guest Shofukutei Tsurube joined in, with performers jumping into the boiling bath one after another. In closing, Higo declared, "Ryu-chan is here. We will continue to do this as three for 50, 60, 70 years!" As Ketsumeishi's "Tomo yo ~Kono Saki mo Zutto..." played, the 40th-anniversary event concluded on a warm note.
