WORLD HAPPINESS 2026 ~I'm HOME~ Returns to Tokyo Summer After 9 Years: Full Timetable and SP YT Session Lineup Announced

Further details of the "SP YT session," a major highlight of this year's Wahapi, featuring musicians associated with Yukihiro Takahashi (YT), have been revealed. Takahashi, the founder and curator of all Wahapi performances, will be honored through special stages by musicians who have long supported and walked alongside his music, resulting in three special collaborations.

Keiichi Suzuki, who also performed with Takahashi in the unit THE BEATNIKS, will participate with the famous 1987 song "Chotto Tsurai nda." Additionally, Steve Jansen, a longtime ally who continuously supported Takahashi, will perform their collaborative song "STAY CLOSE (1986)."

Furthermore, as the third new collaboration, the Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra Horn Section (NARGO, GAMO, Atsushi Yanaka) will join the "SP YT session" as guests! They will perform the 1995 collaborative song "WATERMELON" by Yukihiro Takahashi and Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra in a special arrangement for this day only.
