Le Pain Kobe Kitano (General Manager: Teppei Kasahara, Location: Chuo Ward, Kobe City) announces the launch of its first collaborative product with AQUARIUM×ART átoa (Director: Hiromi Nakayama, Location: Chuo Ward, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture) — the 'Atoa × Le Pain Collaboration Sablé' — starting Saturday, July 18, 2026.

This special edition product features Le Pain’s popular 'Banyu' sablé paired with icing cookies designed around animals found at Atoa. Four unique designs are available: Humboldt Penguin, Asian Small-Clawed Otter, Aldabra Giant Tortoise, and Polka-Dot Stingray.

Available exclusively at both locations, these treats make a perfect souvenir for visitors and a distinctive gift from Kobe.

A theater-style aquarium where living creatures coexist with stage design and digital art. The venue is divided into eight original themed zones — such as caves and spirit forests — offering an immersive experience like scenes from a movie or stage production, where visitors can encounter approximately 170 species and 4,000 individual animals.

Opened in March 2025 on the 1st floor of La Suite Le Pain Building, this is the flagship store of Le Pain Kobe Kitano. Freshly baked bread and sweets are made daily in the in-house bakery. Popular gift items such as lemon cake and sablés are widely available. Both takeout and dine-in options are offered. Guests can also enjoy foot baths using natural hot spring water from the sister facility, 'Kobe Minato Onsen Ren.'
