Kadokawa ASCII Research Laboratories Awarded Japan Patent Office's 'Startup IP Support Infrastructure Development Project (IP BASE)' for FY2026

Kadokawa ASCII Research Laboratories, Inc. announces that it has been awarded the 'FY2026 Startup IP Support Infrastructure Development Project (Building a Startup-Focused IP Network)' implemented by the Japan Patent Office. This project aims to improve startups' awareness of intellectual property and promote the formation of an IP community where startups, venture capitalists, and IP experts can interact, thereby building and expanding networks related to IP. As the operating secretariat for this project, Kadokawa ASCII Research Laboratories will manage the IP community portal site 'IP BASE,' produce articles, and plan and operate events.
