Laboro.AI, a developer of 'Custom AI,' has announced a transition to a new management execution structure effective June 1, 2026. The new structure abolishes the previous consensus-based decision-making body among representative directors, centralizing authority under Representative Director and CEO Tetsuo Shiibashi for faster, unified decision-making. Former COO and CTO Hiromasa Fujiwara will continue as COO, focusing on business operations and launching a new team dedicated to M&A and business investments. Additionally, the company is expanding its CXO system by delegating specific authorities to newly appointed executive officers (CAO, CBO, CTO, CFO, and CHRO) to leverage their specialized expertise. This transition aims to build a more robust management structure capable of adapting to rapid technological changes and driving corporate value.
