Lakeel Cup Japan Club Team Golf Championship 2025 National Finals Held and 2026 Tournament Decided

Lakeel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tsutomu Kubo; hereinafter "Lakeel") announces the holding of the 2025 Lakeel Cup Japan Club Team Golf Championship (12th tournament) national finals and the decision to hold the 2026 Lakeel Cup (13th tournament).

The Lakeel Cup is a nationwide tournament to determine Japan's best team, with participation by four amateur golfers belonging to the same golf club or company. As the tournament organizer, Lakeel provides opportunities for business people to challenge themselves outside of work and to experience the camaraderie and sense of accomplishment unique to team competitions. Through golf, we aim to contribute to the "physical and mental health" and "purpose in life" of many people.

- Golf Charity Event

This tournament has a charity system where ¥4,000 is donated for each participating team in the preliminary rounds, and for the final competition, "¥1,000 per birdie" and "¥5,000 per eagle." The total amount for the 12th tournament was ¥982,000. Lakeel will donate the entire amount to "Certified NPO CLACK"*1, aiming to foster the next generation who will lead the future digital society and to resolve disparities. By supporting the activities of this organization, which provides IT education and supportive career guidance to junior high and high school students facing economic and environmental difficulties, we will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society where everyone can take on challenges and expand their possibilities.
