Under the concept of "Food as Entertainment," LDH kitchen Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hiroyuki Suzuki, hereinafter "the company") collaborates with Torishiki in Meguro—a regular Michelin one-star restaurant and famously known as a "hard-to-reserve" dining destination—to elevate the value of Japanese food culture.
"Azabudai Torishiki," a takeaway-only yakitori and prepared food shop launched by "Torishiki ICHIMON," led by chef Yoshiaki Ikegawa, will make its debut at Isetan Shinjuku Main Building B1 Food Collection for three days only, from Wednesday, July 15, 2026, to Friday, July 17, 2026.
Born from the desire to make the authentic flavors of Meguro's "Torishiki" more accessible and enjoyable at home, "Azabudai Torishiki" is a dedicated takeaway brand.
For this pop-up, in addition to the highly popular "Kashiwa Karaage" (chicken thigh karaage), a special nori bento created in collaboration with the historic nori shop <Yamamoto Noriten> will be available exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku.
Through this carefully crafted bento, we deliver a unique dining experience that embodies the craftsmanship and ingredient dedication of Torishiki ICHIMON.

SPECIAL MENU | Exclusive Flavors for Isetan Shinjuku
### [Isetan Shinjuku Exclusive] Charcoal-Grilled Kashiwa Miso-Koji Nori Bento
Centered around "kashiwa" (chicken thigh) marinated overnight in miso-koji and grilled over charcoal, this limited-edition bento also features Torishiki's signature cartilage-included minced chicken, and a mixed fried dumpling with edamame and sweet corn.
Additionally, this bento features freshly grilled nori from the historic <Yamamoto Noriten>, prepared on-site during the event. The rich aroma of charcoal-grilled chicken and the deep umami of premium nori come together in a one-of-a-kind collaboration, available only at this event.
### Kashiwa Karaage
A popular item from "Azabudai Torishiki," this dish features morning-slaughtered chicken thighs marinated in a special soy sauce blend and deep-fried to a crispy, juicy perfection.
Praised by many customers for delivering the authentic flavor and texture of high-quality chicken, this karaage is a must-try.
COLLABORATION | A Special Collaboration with Historic Nori Shop <Yamamoto Noriten>
This exclusive nori bento features "freshly grilled nori" from <Yamamoto Noriten>, a historic nori specialist established in 1849.
The rich aroma and crisp texture of nori grilled on-site perfectly complement the charcoal-grilled chicken and carefully crafted side dishes.
This limited-time offering brings together the time-honored techniques of a historic Japanese food producer and the culinary philosophy of Torishiki—offering a truly unique taste experience available only this time.
OUR INTENT | Bringing Authentic Yakitori Closer to You
Yakitori is, by nature, a dish best enjoyed fresh off the grill.
Precisely for this reason, we aim to share Torishiki's meticulous ingredient selection, grilling techniques, and passion for chicken with more people in their everyday lives.
"Azabudai Torishiki" was born from this very vision.
Through this pop-up, we deliver the skills and philosophy honed in our restaurants in a new, takeaway format—hoping to introduce more customers to the unforgettable taste of Torishiki.
Moving forward, we will continue to bring the charm of yakitori culture and the richness of Japanese cuisine into everyday life.
