Leafworks Inc. (Location: Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenta Sawa; https://www.leafworks.jp), a provider of cloud services for businesses, is pleased to announce that it has relocated its head office to a new building today, March 30, in anticipation of further business expansion and an increase in personnel.

Access 5-minute walk from Katata Station on the JR Kosei Line

The new office is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the former head office (now the incubation office "TOKIZA"), which was completed in November 2020.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Hira mountain range, we aim to achieve further business growth and contribute to the local community.

Features of the New Office Based on our corporate color, green, we have created a space in harmony with nature by incorporating plants and botanical art throughout the facility.

The first floor features meeting rooms and a cafe space, while the upper floors serve as the workspace. The second and third floors are connected by an atrium structure to create a sense of unity and promote cross-departmental communication.

Additionally, we have implemented zoning tailored to different scenarios—"focus," "co-creation," and "interaction"—to create a comfortable working environment.

Corporate Website Renewal In conjunction with the head office relocation, we have also renewed our corporate website.

As part of our shift toward group management, which began in earnest in 2026, we have rebranded the site to comprehensively introduce the Leafworks Group.

To better convey our philosophy and initiatives, we have focused more than ever on our "people." By prominently featuring our "note" content, we share the individual thoughts of our members and the synergies born from co-creation.

We have also added new content, such as information on our various business brands and group companies, which was not previously available. We will continue to update and expand this content further.

Future Outlook Since its founding in 2010, Leafworks has grown steadily. We completed our first company-owned building in 2020 to serve as our head office, but we exceeded its capacity in just six years, leading to the construction and relocation to this new building.

With this relocation, our former office has taken a new step forward as the incubation office "TOKIZA."
