Leafworks Enters Capital Alliance with Apparel Brand Operator LNKS

Leafworks Inc. announced that it entered into a capital alliance with LNKS Inc. on June 1st, acquiring all shares issued by LNKS. Leafworks, founded in Shiga Prefecture, is an IT company that provides cloud services for businesses and operates e-commerce malls such as "Jwell" and "Pascle." LNKS, established in 2019, is an SPA-type apparel company that handles everything from product planning and manufacturing to sales for its own brands, and also has strengths in influencer marketing. This partnership was realized because the companies' philosophies of "valuing people" resonated with each other. Leafworks aims to incorporate LNKS's total operational expertise, from planning to logistics, into its own e-commerce business to expand the group's overall operations. Kenta Sawa, Representative Director of Leafworks, stated that he is confident that the fusion of LNKS's brand management know-how and his company's IT technology will create significant synergies. Takanori Kameyama, Representative Director of LNKS, also expressed his joy at gaining strong new partners and showed his anticipation for new challenges.
