LG Launches LG gram Pro 16: A 16-inch Mobile PC Weighing Only 1,199g, Including Two OLED Models

LG Electronics Japan (Representative: Sun Seong-ju, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) has today, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, released three models of its flagship mobile laptop series 'LG gram Pro,' which combines high performance with a spectacular large screen in a light, portable body, including two models equipped with OLED displays.

The released models are '16Z90U-KUB5J,' '16Z90U-KUB9J,' and '16Z95U-GS55J.' All three models feature a new material called 'Aerominum™,' a combination of magnesium and aluminum alloy. Despite the large 16-inch screen, they achieve an ultra-lightweight design of 1,199g and a slim body of 12.4mm (excluding protrusions). They also meet seven durability test items based on the MIL-STD-810H standard established by the US Department of Defense, providing the robustness required for mobile PCs.

The two models, '16Z90U-KUB5J' and '16Z90U-KUB9J,' are equipped with OLED displays featuring a resolution of 2880x1800 and a 16:10 aspect ratio. They cover 100% of the DCI-P3 digital cinema standard, displaying videos and images with deep blacks and vibrant colors. Additionally, they feature anti-glare specifications to reduce reflections for better visibility. The processors are 'Intel® Core™ Ultra X7 Processor 358H,' with 32GB LPDDR5X memory and PCIe 5.0 compatible storage. Equipped with an NPU for AI processing, they comply with 'Copilot+ PC' standards with 50 TOPS of AI processing performance. Furthermore, a dual-fan cooling mechanism supports stable performance even under high loads.

On the other hand, the '16Z95U-GS55J' model features an IPS display with a resolution of 2560x1600 and a 16:10 aspect ratio with anti-glare specifications. It covers 99% of DCI-P3 for natural color reproduction and high-definition display, and adopts the 'AMD Ryzen™ AI 5 435 Processor,' delivering high processing performance in a mobile environment.
