Boku no Stand Shijo Karasuma Branch to Grand Open on June 11, 2026 in Kyoto

GL Dining Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto; Representative Director: Kei Ito), which operates food and beverage businesses, will open "Boku no Stand Shijo Karasuma" in Shijo-Karasuma, Kyoto, on Thursday, June 11 at 5:00 PM.

About the New Store "Boku no Stand Shijo Karasuma," opening in the Shijo-Karasuma area, is a new location operated by GL Dining Co., Ltd. for the popular izakaya chain "Boku no Stand," originally developed by Kaikasha Co., Ltd. The first floor features a casual standing-bar area, while the second floor provides comfortable table seating, making it perfect for various occasions, from daytime drinking to after-work drinks or dining with friends.

As the third branch following the Shijo-Omiya and Umeda locations, the Shijo Karasuma branch will offer many of Boku no Stand’s signature large yakitori skewers and other excellent dishes that pair perfectly with alcohol.

The Appeal of "Boku no Stand" "Boku no Stand," which consistently attracts crowds in Kyoto's Shijo-Omiya and Osaka's Umeda, is now coming to Shijo-Karasuma. In a stylish modern space, guests can enjoy reasonably priced à la carte menus, centering on large yakitori dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.

The signature dish is the exquisite "Dodeka Liver," which melts in your mouth. This fresh liver has no gamey smell and is best enjoyed with salt. It is offered for 99 yen per person (limit one per person).

Additionally, the menu features a wide variety of snacks that go well with drinks, such as fresh "Kuroge Wagyu Tataki" (seared black wagyu beef) and "Thick-cut Chicken Skin Ponzu."
