LiLz Inc. (Headquarters: Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture; President: Keigo Onishi; hereinafter "LiLz") announces that it has concluded a capital and business alliance agreement with 114 Co-Creation Investment Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takamatsu City; President: Tomohiko Tada; hereinafter "114 Co-Creation Investment"). Through this partnership, LiLz will deploy its fully wireless IoT camera and AI-based remote inspection solution in the Setouchi region, contributing to the advancement of regional industries, including manufacturing, and the resolution of social issues.

Background and Objectives

In many industrial sites such as plants and factories, aging facilities and labor shortages are progressing simultaneously, increasing the burden on field workers year by year. In addition, addressing carbon neutrality has recently become an increasingly important management priority. Beyond labor-saving and manpower reduction in inspection tasks, stronger efforts toward energy conservation are required.
