Kagoshima's Second 'Shochu Spirits': Birth of the Blue 'NANAIRO 02Blue' Representing the Sea of Kikaijima

LINK SPIRITS Co., Ltd. has launched 'NANAIRO 02Blue', the second installment of its craft spirits brand, made with over 5-year-aged brown sugar shochu from Kikaijima's historic Asahi Shuzo. Featuring a natural blue color derived from gardenia and a sweet, rum-raisin-like aroma, this sugar-free 500ml spirit is priced at 4,950 JPY (tax included). A special limited set including organic brown sugar is also available for 5,500 JPY. A pop-up sale runs at ENGAWA ASAKUSA until May 17.
