Over 16,000 on Waiting List as Demand for Soundproof Rental Housing Continues to Grow

Musision provides a living environment for musicians, streamers, creators, and others who want to immerse themselves in their work without worrying about noise, as soundproof rental apartments that allow musical instrument playing 24 hours a day.

In recent years, with the diversification of work styles and lifestyles, the number of people engaging in musical activities, video streaming, and remote work at home has increased, leading to a rise in demand for soundproof housing.

Currently, Musision has over 16,000 people on its waiting list and maintains high occupancy rates in many of its properties.

In response to this growing demand, a total of 9 properties will be supplied over the two years of fiscal years 2024 and 2025. This is the first pet-friendly soundproof rental apartment in the series. It allows for the keeping of cats and small dogs (up to 8kg when fully grown), balancing a soundproof environment with life with pets. With a veterinary clinic within a 1-minute walk, even first-time pet owners can start their new lives with peace of mind.

Dedicated Logo Created for "Musision With"

To commemorate the launch of the first pet-friendly properties in the series, a dedicated logo has been created for the pet-friendly property brand "Musision With."
