The Edgeson Management Association, established by Link and Motivation Inc., held a multi-generational workshop called 'MIRA-GE' on May 9, 2026, co-hosted by the Takanawa Gateway Area Management Association and supported by JR East (TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY), with the aim of fostering next-generation co-creation leaders. 'MIRA-GE' is a multi-generational workshop named by combining 'MIRAI' (future) and 'BRIDGE,' based on the concept of 'connecting the future with reality.' It has been held 18 times nationwide since 2024, with over 1,000 participants in total. Approximately 20 people, mainly high school students in Tokyo, as well as university students and professionals, participated in this workshop to discuss themes such as '100-year urban development.' Participating high school students commented, 'By encountering the perspectives of university students and professionals, I learned new ways of thinking that I didn't have before.' Moving forward, the Edgeson Management Association will continue to focus on 'field creation' to foster the potential of each young person across society, in collaboration with companies, educational institutions, and government agencies.
