For sellers, this consolidation enables batch processing of shipments and communications, while also expanding sales opportunities by grouping multiple products together.
Previously, transactions involving multiple items from the same seller caused logistical and financial burdens for both parties. Sellers faced repeated shipping procedures and costs for each individual transaction, while buyers were required to handle each purchase separately even when sourcing from the same vendor.
In response to these challenges, the 'Bundle Purchase' feature was developed to alleviate seller burdens and cater to users wishing to collect related items from a single seller.
About 'Bundle Purchase'
This feature allows prospective buyers to select items from the same seller and request a bundle. Once the seller approves, multiple items are combined into a single listing for purchase.
Furthermore, grouping multiple items simplifies price negotiations. Buyers can easily discuss bulk discounts when purchasing items from the same seller, and sellers can manage these requests collectively, reducing the workload associated with individual interactions.
Interested buyers can submit requests via the product detail or seller profile screen, and upon approval, the seller creates a bundled listing.
