About Maien's Stamp Card and Stamp Double Campaign

During the period from July 15 (Wed) to July 31 (Fri), customers who make a purchase of ¥500 (tax incl.) or more at Maien directly managed sales stores will receive double the number of stamps based on their purchase amount (*). Maien's Commitment

Pork: We use only pork that has passed our daily inspections, sourced from around the world. We remove the sinew and pound the meat to loosen the fibers. This is a time-consuming process, but it cannot be skipped. A single missed cut in the sinew can distort the shape of the meat when fried, and also affect the texture when eaten.

Breadcrumbs and Frying Oil: We use fresh breadcrumbs made daily from bread baked according to our specified recipe. These are Maien's unique breadcrumbs, differing in ingredients, size, and shape from commercially available ones. The frying oil is also a special order item for Maien. We fry carefully, adjusting the cooking time. The glossy, crispy, and fluffy coating that blooms like a flower is what we at Maien call "ken-dachi" (standing sword), and it is our pride.

Sauce: Maien currently produces four types of sauce: sweet, spicy, for sandwiches, and for Kurobuta (black pork).

The basic recipe remains the same as when the company was founded. Using fresh vegetables and fruits as ingredients, skilled artisans who inherit the founder's dedication carefully blend the sauces while checking the taste.
