Mampei Hotel Launches "Alps Building 90th Anniversary Dinner"

Mampei Hotel (Karuizawa-machi, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano Prefecture; General Manager: Ichiro Sasaki) will hold a special project, the "Alps Building 90th Anniversary Project," to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the construction of the Alps Building. In conjunction with this, we will launch the "Alps Building 90th Anniversary Dinner" on July 1, 2026 (Wednesday). The "Alps Building," the main building that symbolizes Mampei Hotel, will celebrate its 90th anniversary on July 1, 2026. To mark this, we are offering a commemorative dinner course that weaves tradition and innovation, to be enjoyed in the main dining room on the first floor of the Alps Building. This dinner course offers the unique taste of Mampei Hotel, elevating the blessings of Shinshu's seasons and traditional menu items in a modern way. Starting with a salad reminiscent of the lush courtyard, followed by warm appetizers incorporating Shinshu ingredients, the main dish, grilled Shinshu Wagyu loin, is served with a secret sauce passed down through generations of chefs.
