Mampei Hotel Launches 4th Collaboration with FEILER: "Mampei Retro Lily of the Valley Handkerchief" to Commemorate 90th Anniversary of Alps Building

Mampei Hotel (located in Karuizawa, Kitasaku District, Nagano Prefecture, General Manager: Ichiro Sasaki) will launch the "Mampei Retro Lily of the Valley Handkerchief" as the 4th collaboration with FEILER, a German traditional craft chenille textile brand, starting June 8, 2026 (Monday) at the hotel shop and official online store.

Following last year's "Mampei Lily of the Valley Handkerchief," "Mampei Sweets Handkerchief," and "Mampei Christmas Handkerchief," this 4th collaboration features a unique design inspired by the hotel's symbolic flower, the lily of the valley. The lily of the valley pattern is derived from tableware used at Mampei Hotel from the Taisho era to the early Showa period (approximately 1912-1935). Today, replica tableware is used at the café terrace and is very popular. The handkerchief is launched in advance of the "Alps Building 90th Anniversary Project," celebrating the building constructed in 1936. The retro motif and soft, gentle colors brighten the user's mood. Going forward, products with similar designs will be released sequentially as the "Retro Lily of the Valley Series."
