Marathon Capital Announces Capital and Business Alliance with DMA Co., Ltd., an E-commerce and Original Product Development Company in Fukuoka Prefecture

Marathon Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Toshihisa Ono; hereinafter "Marathon Capital"), through a special purpose company invested by Marathon Fund No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter "Marathon Fund No. 2") which it operates, announced that it has concluded a capital and business alliance with DMA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "DMA"), an e-commerce and original product planning and development company based in Fukuoka Prefecture, effective January 8, 2026.

Since its establishment in 2009, DMA has, for approximately 15 years, centered its business on e-commerce through major platforms such as Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, and Yahoo! Shopping, as well as its own websites. It has also been involved in the planning, development, and sales of multiple original brands, including the original smart lighting brand "Edison Smart," the highly designed retro LED bulb "Edison Bulb LED," and women's innerwear "PRESSLIM." By collaborating with overseas partner factories, DMA has established an integrated system from product planning to manufacturing and sales, forming a unique brand portfolio in the interior and lifestyle sectors.
