[The Ritz-Carlton Nikko] 2nd Consecutive Year 'L’évo × villa aida Collaboration Lunch'

The Ritz-Carlton Nikko is holding a special two-day lunch event on August 2 (Sun) and August 3 (Mon), 2026, at the gastronomy restaurant 'Lakehouse,' supervised by Kanji Kobayashi, owner-chef of 'villa aida' in Iwade, Wakayama.

Following last year's success, this marks the second occurrence of the event. The hotel will welcome Eiji Taniguchi, who leads 'L’évo' in Toga Village, Toyama, to present a special course themed 'Cycle of Life.' The experience will feature dishes ranging from appetizers using crystal-clear Okunikko water and herbs, to courses reflecting local memories, and desserts expressing life force, marking a gastronomic experience where the philosophies of both chefs intersect.
